Mental Well-being - Fitness Programme

Get active and feel better with me. 

Our focus in class will be building your strength, core, endurance and flexibility skills.  


£40 per 1:1 session
Bristol Studio Location

YOGA warm-up, circuit training for conditioning, strength, core and endurance and finish with flexibility.

Fitness has always been a source of great pleasure and achievement for me.  I have been a competitive swimmer since the age of 9, qualified for the National Age Group Champtionships at age 13, Western Counties Squad member at Regional Championship level.  I have always been active, playing Hockey, Captain of the Girls 1st VII Netball team, Tennis, Cross-country running and other athletics disciplines.

My sports training has always keep me healthy and happy. 

Dancing has always been another of my interests from ballet, comtemporary to hip-hip, rock and metal styles.  I am currently training for front and box splits and improving my handstand and back flexibility :)

Please wear suitable clothes; such as shorts & jogging bottoms and a T-shirt / Top during sessions.  This is not an aerobics / cardio class, but you will work up a sweat, so bring some water and a towel if you wish.  

Drinks are available;  but at extra cost.  You will be expected to sign a disclaimer for personal injury liability on arrival at the studio for the session.
