               1:1 session - £50.00 per 60 minutes (Bristol). 
               1:1 session - £70.00 per 60 minutes (London)
               Online - SKYPE consultation - £50.00 per 60 minutes (SKYPE sign in required)
               Group Sessions - £70.00 per 60 minute consultation.  
               Drug & Alcohol testing - free if required
               Discount available for those on low income (proof of benefits will be required)

=> Expert Opinion Reports - £150.00

TERMS

                48 hours notice required for cancellation of all booked appointments.  Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee to be charged.

•      All appointments are to be paid for in full; 48 hours in advance of consultation unless by prior arrangement.

               All appointments attract an additional booking fee - this is to be made on booking to secure appointment, this has been recently introduced to stop late cancellations and ensure others can be accommodated on the waiting list

  • HOME VISITS - these are available on request.  Please discuss with Lucy for details as additional charges may be operation in respect of :-.

  • CHAPERONE - Lucy reserves the right to arrive to your address with a chaperone if conducting a HOME VISIT and in the evening after 18:00.  

  • WHERE IN THE HOME WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE ? - It is helpful to plan in advance as to where we will actually talk.  I would encourage other family members, along with my colleague to wait in another room during our session.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal information will be stored on a securely encrypted database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.  Your anonymised data may be used to  improve our services.  We will not share your data with anyone without your consent.  If any risk-related issues are raised, we will discuss this with you in the first instance.
